Regulation 43 Updated 2017

After an extensive stakeholder process, Regulation 43 On-Site Wastewater Treatment System Regulation were adopted 5/8/17 and became effective 6/30/17. Counties have until 6/30/2018 to adopt their county specific regulations. The new regulation can be found on the CDPHE website here.
