Chuck is the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Coordinator at the Colorado Dept. of Public Health and Environment. He earned a Bachelors of Science Degree in Environmental Health from Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Michigan, and is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist. The majority of Chuck’s onsite experience came from his work as a project manager at a civil engineering firm in S.E. Michigan were he gained extensive experience in soils evaluations, alternative system design and the O/M of residential and small-scale wastewater treatment systems. He is a former chair of the Michigan Onsite Technical Advisory Council and past-president of CPOW.

Beginning in 2016 CPOW has a dedicated Educational Coordinator, her name is Kim Seipp. Since 2010 CPOW has been working diligently providing nationally recognized training and education opportunities as well as developing Colorado specific courses for professionals in the Onsite Wastewater industry.
We have our initial 2016 courses set, please see the calendar on the website, www.cpow.net. You can register online for any of these courses. If there is a course that is not listed or is not provided in your area, let us know we will see if we can add it to the schedule.

Jessica works with Tri-County Health Department as an Environmental Health Specialist II in the Water Program. She permits and inspects on-site wastewater treatment systems, conducts sanitary surveys for transient non-community ground water systems and inspects public pools. Jessica graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Environmental Health in August of 2013. She is also a Registered Environmental Health Specialist with the National Environmental Health Association. Jessica enjoys snowboarding, rock climbing and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
