Lacy began her career in the septic service industry in 2014 with a prior ten years helping her father, Steve Dickinson, as needed through his company, 2DEnterprises. She enjoys running heavy equipment and installing OWTS. Lacy’s knowledge of OWTS comes primarily from on-the-job-training and working in the field. She is a NAWT certified installer and has her CPOW Soil Characterization certificate. Lacy enjoys continuing her education and learning everything she can about the industry. Lacy is excited to bring a new perspective to the CPOW board and getting more involvement from the industry to streamline standards. Lacy is the proud wife of a police officer and mom of two children.

Ella Anguiano is an associate with Church Onsite Wastewater Consultants, LLC. Ms. Anguiano graduated from the University of Arizona with a B.S in Agircultural and Biosystems Engineering in May of 2016 and moved to Colorado shortly thereafter. She began working with Church OWC as an intern and accepted a full-time position as an associate. She is passionate about informing young professionals about the OWTS industry and hopes to create more awareness of OWTS opportunities around the state. Outside of OWTS, Ella is a gardening and mycological enthusiast.

Tom Cronk is the Principal of CCI Engineering in Grand Junction, Colorado. Mr. Cronk is the primary Design Engineer at CCI Engineering responsible for projects involving onsite wastewater treatment system, He holds a B. S. in Physics from Mesa College and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University. His work at CCI Engineering also includes design of building plans, development and site layout, drainage basins, structural engineering and waste treatment facilities.

Jon has spent the last 20 years in the construction industry as Controller, Project Manager and General Manager. The first 2 years for a custom home and commercial building contractor. The next 17 years for a sand, gravel, concrete and asphalt manufacturer and paving/civil construction company. And currently as General Manager for Valley Precast, Inc., a manufacturer and supplier of concrete septic tanks and manholes, and supplier of poly septic tanks, pump systems and septic drain field materials. He has gained vast experience with site work, underground utilities, asphalt paving and concrete production. Having worked with engineers and project owners, he has learned skills to partner with key stakeholders to bring about effective solutions for project situations. He works diligently with the goals of 1) environmental stewardship, 2) customer satisfaction through fair customer service, quality products and services, and 3) a high standard of safety.

Annette Popish earned a Bachelor degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1999. As a Project Manager in the Architecture industry from 1999 to 2006, Annette worked on multi-million dollar public projects, such as a library addition to Denver West High School, a neighborhood clinic for Denver Health, HYPR Building Renovation at CSU Pueblo and several library renovations for Pikes Peak Library District. After a short break from the working world to care for her children, Annette joined the Onside Wastewater Industry in 2010. While working as a Design Assistant for a local OWTS design firm, she began installing Secondary Treatment Units. In 2013, Annette began designing Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems. In 2015 she started her own OWTS design firm, 5280 Septic, LLC and has since developed a strong presence in the industry. She also provides in-home CNA care for her daughter. In her free time, Annette enjoys reading, gardening, home renovation projects and sporting events for her two sons.
