CPOW Member Appreciation Day

Free To Members - July 28, 2017

Registration closes July 21, 2017 at 10am or once 100 registrants is reached whichever comes first.

NAWT has granted 8 hours of CEU’s for any NAWT Certificate. Attendees will still be required to pay the $75 NAWT fee to NAWT for their recertification, but the day can be used.

Mark your calendars! CPOW will be holding a "Member Appreciation Day" on July 28, 2017 at Shadows Ranch located at 1259 Alvarado Rd, Georgetown, CO 80444 and will move to the Georgetown Heritage Center in the afternoon. This educational event is free to all CPOW members; and that includes lunch! The event will start with demonstrations at Shadows Ranch including a demonstration of a dosing siphon pressurizing soil treatment area piping, soil texturing samples and practice area, and pipe installation demonstration. The field demonstrations will be followed by work safety presentations by Washington On-Site Sewage Association (WOSSA) and lunch at the Georgetown Heritage Center. The day will wrap up with a field trip to the Georgetown Wastewater Treatment Plant. Space for the field trip is limited and will be first come first serve.

The Colorado Professionals in Onsite Wastewater 2018 Annual Education Conference will be held in Lakewood, Colorado January 18 & 19, 2018.

Abstract and Paper Deadlines
Abstract submittals are due July 15, 2017

Abstract Submittal Requirements
Please submit the following information regarding your presentation:

1. Abstract : 200-300 word description of the proposed presentation/session
2. Name of Lead Author, Presenter or Session Organizer including Affiliation and Email.
3. A short biography (100 - 200 words) of Lead Presenter in paragraph form that includes educational degrees and description of experience as it relates to the decentralized onsite industry.
